Meaning dreaming of a little girl for several months

Hello,

I have been dreaming for 3-4 months now about a little girl who in my dream would be mine. The first dream started a little more than 3 months ago, I dreamed of giving birth.

Then the second one about 1 month later, I dreamed that I was in the process of lightening a little girl, she was very small and so fragile, when I woke up I missed this little one, I even woke up thinking that I had to go and buy breastfeeding pads (which doesn't make sense).

The third was that night I was at the store with my mom and the little one who in my dream is 4 months old. My mom was holding her because I didn't want to believe that this little one was mine (in my dream).

We went to the store to buy clothes and accessories for the baby, especially my mother who seemed more excited than me. In this dream at the store we met people we knew and I looked embarrassed to say that it was my baby.

Then I woke up and missed her even more than usual. Would you mind telling me what that means?
