Ive been regularly dreaming that I am stuck on top of a tall building or a cliff and can't go down but eventually I fall into a free fall.

What does it mean?? It's been continuing presently for I guess more than a week

Interpretation

Hello Alex,

Dreaming of falling from heights is a powerful dream experience that often challenges the mind.

This recurring motif in your nights for more than a week draws attention to feelings of insecurity, fear of failure or loss of control in your life.

Getting stuck up high may symbolize a situation in your waking life where you feel trapped or in a delicate position, perhaps professionally or personally, where going down or back seems impossible.

This feeling of not being able to get down often reflects anguish in the face of a situation or challenge that seems insurmountable.

The free fall that follows in your dream could indicate a forced letting go or capitulation in the face of these fears and uncertainties.

It's as if, at some point, the only way out of the surreal situation you find yourself in is to surrender to the process, however terrifying it may seem.

However, these dreams also carry with them a dimension of liberation.

They suggest that, despite the initial fear and sense of helplessness, there is an opportunity to free yourself from the constraints that are holding you back.

The fall can symbolize letting go of the fears and anxieties that are holding you back.

Alex, this dream invites you to reflect on those aspects of your life where you feel trapped or on the dizzy heights of a difficult situation.

Perhaps it's time to take a closer look at these fears and consider ways of confronting them or finding support to overcome them.

The repetition of this dream suggests that your subconscious is urging you to deal with these issues, to seek a balance between the fear of falling and the need to climb down from your precarious perch.

Seeing this dream as a signal to explore these dizzying heights and the feelings they evoke can be the first step towards understanding and, ultimately, resolution.

Perhaps by confronting these fears, you'll find a safer path down from these heights, symbolically speaking, to more stable, reassuring ground.

All the best,

William William
